Biography

Jill is a senior paralegal in the commercial lending and finance practice group. She assists attorneys with finance and corporate transactions such as preparation of documents relating to entity formation; maintaining corporate minute books; preparation of stock certificates; dissolutions; foreign qualifications; annual reports; conversions; mergers and public offerings, as well as assisting with UCC financing statements and lien research in connection with corporate financing.

Jill is responsible for the Audit Response work, preparing responses to our corporate client’s audit requests in the firm’s Louisville, Nashville, Charleston and Richmond offices. Jill also maintains the corporate minute books for various Frost Brown Todd entities.

With over 20 years of experience in the law firm industry, Jill was employed as a litigation paralegal and has experience involving complex toxic tort litigation, aircraft accident litigation, white collar criminal defense, insurance defense and medical malpractice, as well as estate and guardianship cases. She has experience in the management of complex case files, preparation of pleadings including discovery requests and responses, coordination of large document reviews and productions, compiling, analyzing and summarizing, data, research, investigation and trial preparation.
